This can only be determined by laboratory analysis. But it is unpleasant and needs to be controlled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How it happens: <\/strong>Mould spores are in the air all the time. Once they are in a favourable environment, they will thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Damage caused:<\/strong> Some moulds<em>(Stachybotrys chartarum<\/em>) can be downright dangerous, but most simply affect our quality of life.
